Job summary

Right at Home Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to generate net-new service hours through referral relationships. This part-time, 100% field-based role focuses on building sustainable partnerships and agency growth.

You will conduct in-person visits, represent the agency in the community, and cultivate relationships with assisted living communities, elder law attorneys, case managers, and community organizations. Commission-only compensation rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, home care, senior living, or professional services sales preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with assisted living and memory care communities, elder law attorneys, case managers, fiduciaries, and care professionals
