Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice or license eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on long-term goals.

• Help patients restore functional mobility for daily activities with confidence.
