Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy to adults and geriatric populations. You will improve independence, mobility and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (Alabama).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to support recovery and function in older adults.
• Help patients restore functional mobility and safely perform daily activities with confidence.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to drive outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adapt plans as needed.
