Adava Care is seeking an Executive Director to oversee two CBRF/memory care facilities in Neenah, WI. You will lead daily operations, guide staff, and ensure top-tier resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of management in assisted living, knowledge of DHS 83, and a strong leadership track record. A health or human services degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with administrator certification a plus.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of management in a CBRF/RCAC or assisted living setting.
• Knowledge of DHS 83 and ability to work independently without being walked through.
• Administrator course completion a plus.
