Job summary

Frontida Careers in Wisconsin seeks an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of the Certified Bylovers Resource Facility (CBRF). You will lead program implementation, ensure health, safety, privacy and welfare of Residents, and represent Frontida with the community.

The role requires ensuring DHS 83 compliance, coordinating with Senior Management, managing budget and staffing, and promoting Frontida’s culture and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must have history of Frontida culture and extraordinary care toward residents.
• Able to prioritize, organize workload and work independently.
• Willing to learn and accept feedback; CBRF trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents' personal care, including bathing, meals, laundry, activities, transportation and medication administration.
• Regularly communicate with residents, families, case managers, physicians and other resident contacts.
• Set priorities for the home and provide oversight, guidance and supervision to the caregivers.
