Lasata Senior Living in Cedarburg, WI seeks a CBRF Director to launch and lead a 21-bed CBRF on the Lasata campus. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and ISPs while guiding a compassionate team dedicated to resident and family satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of leadership in assisted living or healthcare, Wisconsin DHS 83 CBRF experience, and a degree in a related field. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
• Experience in Wisconsin DHS 83 CBRF setting preferred.
• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Nursing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CBRF operations, staffing, scheduling, and resident services.
• Supervise and support Resident Assistant staff.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and operational resources.
• Support ISPs development and implementation.
• Ensure documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up.
• Build relationships with residents, families, employees, and partners.
• Conduct tours and meet with prospective residents to support census.
