Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Resident Services Director to direct the day-to-day operations of a Wisconsin CBRF, ensuring the highest quality of resident care in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate holds a healthcare degree or RN/LPN license in Wisconsin, with a preferred CBRF Administrator certification or willingness to obtain within six months. A minimum of five years' leadership experience in a CBRF or skilled nursing setting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or RN/LPN graduate with WI license.
• CBRF Administrator certification preferred or willingness to achieve within six months of hire.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience directing a business unit for a CBRF or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Read, write and comprehend the English language.
