• Caregiver Support & Engagement: Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing communication.
• Operational Excellence: Support daily office operations and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Billing & Administrative Support: Assist with timekeeping, billing verification, and payroll coordination.
• Growth & Community Engagement: Support marketing and outreach efforts and relationships with referral partners.
