Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Med Tech to assist residents with daily living activities and administer prescribed medications within scope of practice. The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, completion of the Medication Aide Course, and adherence to all policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining medication carts, documenting in EMAR/MAR, and assisting residents to meals, activities, and appointments. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing from the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to pass medication observations and cart audits.
• Willingness to attend ongoing medication administration education.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Maintain policies and procedures knowledge.
• Report resident status and incidents to appropriate staff.
• Complete medication cart audits and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Assist in planning resident activities and transport to meals and events.
