Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Med Tech to provide quality care for residents and assist with daily living activities. You will administer prescribed medications within scope, follow all policies, and respond to emergencies, while supporting activity programs and maintaining resident confidentiality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of the Medication Aide Course, and valid CNA and Med Tech licenses. Evening/weekend shifts and ongoing training are expected.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and completion of Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to position.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents involving residents to appropriate individuals (HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergency alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
