TerraBella Senior Living, Newton, NC, is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support for residents across shifts. You will document observations, assist with activities of daily living, and respond to call bells while keeping the environment safe and home-like.

The role requires a CNA certification preferred and a commitment to high quality resident care. Prior experience with seniors is preferred; CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus.

Formación

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring a safe, home-like environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse or Health Care Coordinator.
• Respond promptly to call bells and security system as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; practice hygiene and infection prevention.
