Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Care Management Senior Data Operations Analyst for a full-time remote role based in North Carolina. The position supports design, development, and implementation of care management reporting, QA testing, and interdepartmental data liaison.

You will work with MicroStrategy, SQL, Excel, and other data tools to deliver dashboards and reports, while ensuring data integrity and state reporting compliance. Occasional travel to the Morrisville home office may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on analytic work with heterogeneous datasets, time-series data.
• Experience providing direct analytic support to a business unit or cross-functional workgroup (3+ years).
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and care management concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support care management reporting requirements.
• Perform data acquisition, analysis, and evaluation using platform queries and reporting tools.
• Design reports merging data from State data, data warehouse, and internal platforms.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and adherence to state and external specifications.
