Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a CM Data Senior Operations Analyst to design, develop, and implement care management reporting requirements while ensuring data integrity. The role focuses on QA testing, interdepartmental liaison, and ongoing oversight of operational reports to support decision-making.

The candidate will work remotely, reside in North Carolina, and be willing to travel to the Morrisville, NC home office for on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, informatics, healthcare or STEM with quantitative/qualitative focus; 5 years analytic work with heterogeneous datasets and time-series.
• 3+ years of direct analytic support to a business unit or cross-functional group.
• Experience with healthcare operations or care management preferred.
• Participation in certified courses on data management/analytic methods and effective presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain care management reporting; ensure QA and data integrity.
• Design dashboards and alerts to accelerate internal reporting to Alliance staff and stakeholders.
• Combine data from State data, data warehouse, and internal platforms (Jiva, Excel, SharePoint).
• Ensure reports meet external specifications and track changes in workflows affecting reporting.
• Lead data requirements translation into operational workflows and documentation.
• Provide end-user support and perform QA testing of reporting systems.
