Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate clinical care to residents in the neighborhood, following nursing standards and Erickson standards. The role emphasizes building relationships, updating care plans, administering medications, supervising care staff, and collaborating with RNs.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Licensed by State as an LPN/LVN.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families while providing comprehensive clinical care.
• Assess and document residents' condition, notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Participate in resident outcomes meetings and reviews.
