Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical nursing care to residents in a continuing care retirement community in Peabody, MA.

You will develop relationships with residents and families, assess clinical conditions, update care plans, supervise care staff, administer medications, and participate in care meetings to support high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed by State as an LPN/LVN.
• Minimum 1 year in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Passion for senior care and resident advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing resident first.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical conditions in EMR.
• Update care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in resident outcomes meetings and reviews.
