Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate clinical care to residents in our neighborhood setting.

You will assess and document residents' conditions, update care plans, administer medications, supervise care associates, and collaborate with RNs and providers in a supportive team environment within a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on resident-first care.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR.
• Update or modify care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in resident outcomes meetings and care reviews.
• Respond to residents and families professionally and promptly.
