Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, Massachusetts is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood in accordance with nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines. The role includes administering medications timely and accurately, assessing residents, updating care plans, and supervising care associates.

CPR certification is required and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed by State as an LPN and CPR certified.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, home health or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Passion for caring for seniors and resident advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families focusing on resident-first care.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR.
• Update or modify care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
