Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, Massachusetts, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood, following nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines.

You will be part of a team delivering compassionate senior care, assessing residents, updating care plans, supervising care associates, and administering medications in a supportive community setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
• Licensed by State as an LPN/LVN.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Passion to care for seniors and advocate for residents.

Responsabilités

• Developing relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
• Assessing and documenting residents' clinical condition in EMR.
• Update care plans reflecting changes in needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates.
• Administering medications timely and accurately.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes.
• Responding professionally to residents, families, or responsible parties.
• Contributing to clinical indicator reviews such as falls, wounds, nutrition.
