Job summary

Gloucester Charities Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead Guild House, a 34-bed residential home for older people. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure person-centred care, and maintain full CQC compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS and staff supervision and development, with close collaboration with Head of Operations, CEO and Board. 35 hours per week, £45k rising to £48k, with some unsociable hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or equivalent senior leadership role in adult social care.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
• Experience leading residential care services for older people.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for residents.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS and quality governance.
