Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Nurse Qualified Care Home Manager to oversee two small, well-established services delivering specialist support for adults with complex needs and mental health conditions.

You will provide strategic leadership across both the nursing and residential homes, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and staff development. DBS checks and UK right-to-work verification are required as part of the appointment process.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Care Home Manager experience is essential.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs and mental health conditions.
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams or services.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and clinical compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused management style.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Qualified Care Home Manager to oversee two small, well-established services providing specialist support for adults living with complex needs and mental health conditions.

Leading both a nursing home and a residential home, you'll play an important role in creating environments where residents receive exceptional, person-centred care and colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Working across both services, you'll provide strategic direction while remaining visible and approachable, ensuring each home continues to deliver the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical excellence.

• Oversee staffing, recruitment, occupancy, budgets, and operational performance to ensure both homes continue to thrive.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance both resident outcomes and service quality.
• Support, coach, and develop senior staff, encouraging professional growth and strong leadership throughout both homes.
• Promote a culture where dignity, respect, independence, and wellbeing remain at the heart of every decision.
