Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Advisor in a hybrid role in Racine, WI. You will lead strategic sales to expand our senior care services, visiting hospitals, physicians, and referral sources to grow the client base.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with the team to ensure effective onboarding, tracking in Salesforce, and achievement of quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or a related field (consultative sales preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation.
• Proven success in territory management, relationship development, and sales performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in home care, senior living, healthcare, or hospice (preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicare, VA, or private pay services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to grow referrals and client base.
• Visit hospitals, physicians, home health, hospice, and senior facilities to generate referrals.
• Meet monthly inquiry generation and conversion goals.
• Present to healthcare professionals and community partners to build relationships.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and provide field insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with recruitment, scheduling, and care management to ensure client onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI from marketing efforts.
• Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
• Drive local marketing and territory management initiatives.
