We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking a Business Development Advisor to lead sales and community engagement across our Racine territory. The role focuses on strategic referrals, building durable relationships with hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, and senior facilities, and driving growth through targeted outreach.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in consultative sales, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record of territorial growth supported by Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or related field.
• Proven success in territory management and relationship development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow referrals and client base.
• Conduct presentations and face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
• Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, home health and hospice agencies.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure real-time data entry.
• Convert referral leads into consultations and closed sales.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and ROI from marketing efforts.
