Job summary

InnovAge seeks an Enrollment Representative to drive qualification and onboarding for participants into the PACE program. You will work with call centers, brokers, and care partners to enroll monthly participants, maintaining accurate intake data in the CRM and guiding applicants through Medicaid enrollment.

In this field-based role, you will educate families, schedule center and home visits, and ensure a positive enrollment experience while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare focused sales, intakes or admissions in both B2B and B2C settings, Medicare Advantage or Medicaid programs; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industry with a track record of closing sales.
• Sophisticated experience using CRM database systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, social work, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Requires personal transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Qualify referrals from call centers, brokers, and PACE/LIFE specialists and schedule intake appointments.
• Complete intake profiles in the CRM with prospective participant information.
• Promote InnovAge programs to participants and families and move the sale forward at every interaction.
• Coordinate enrollment steps with applicant and representatives and Medicaid enrollment.
• Present cases to enrollment decision team and advocate for prospects with accurate information.
• Perform home/device visits to complete Medicaid enrollments within required timeframes.
