Job summary

InnovAge is seeking a results-driven enrollment specialist with 2+ years in healthcare-focused sales and intake. You will manage referrals, collect information, and guide prospective participants through enrollment while coordinating with Medicaid and eligibility teams.

You will leverage CRM tools to track progress, close opportunities with enrollment decisions, and promote InnovAge services to referral sources and potential participants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare-focused sales, intakes or admissions in both B2B and B2C settings, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans.
• Experience in comparable healthcare, insurance, or related industry with a track record of closing sales.
• Proficient in using CRM database systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, Zoho, Playmaker).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, social work or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake and enrollment processes with applicants and representatives.
• Maintain real-time CRM updates on prospect progress.
• Coordinate information/documentation for Medicaid enrollment.
• Present cases to enrollment teams to advocate for prospects.
• Collaborate with Eligibility and Financial Determination teams to secure Medicaid benefits.
