Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks an Aging Case Aide 1 to support the Senior Center and Adult Daily Living Center in Wayne County. You will assist with personal care, activities, nutrition, client relations, center operations, and transportation arrangements, contributing to a compassionate daily living environment.

The role is full-time with 8:00 AM–4:00 PM hours, no telework, and duties across multiple centers. PA residency is required and background checks apply.

Formación

• One year of public contact work involving obtaining or providing information.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care Support: Assist with hygiene tasks and basic health monitoring.
• Activity Assistance: Guide participants through exercises and recreation.
• Nutrition Services: Help prepare meals and serve snacks with dietary awareness.
• Client Relations: Understand participant needs and care plan goals.
• Center Operations: Support scheduling, outreach, and events.
• Community Guidance: Assist with forms, information referrals, and transportation.
