Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Home and Community Based Services Aide to assist with personal care and daily living activities for clients in their own homes in Wayne, Pennsylvania. You will help with bathing, dressing, meal prep, and transportation to appointments while documenting care and monitoring client wellbeing.

The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, state-required Home Health Aide training, and optional CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• State-specific Home Health Aide training or competency program must be completed.
• CPR certification preferred or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany to appointments.
• Monitor client condition, vital signs, and document incidents.
• Ensure a safe home environment and proper use of medical equipment.
• Comply with EVV and maintain client confidentiality.
