Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional support by phone and email.
• Assist clients by answering questions accurately and compassionately.
• Complete verification calls and follow-up outreach to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Review and process insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain client information and activity records within CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Assemble and distribute enrollment materials, welcome kits, and other documentation.
• Monitor application progress and communicate with insurance carriers regarding status updates.
• Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Assist with post-enrollment client outreach and satisfaction initiatives.
