Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow menus and recipes, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and ensure food safety and sanitation at all times.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, prior cooking experience, and the ability to manage dietary restrictions while working with residents and staff in a supportive environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cook or food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Certified ServSafe or Food Handler per state laws.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
