Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; prior cooking experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; vaccination compliance and ServSafe/food handler certification where required. Training and career development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Positive attitude and clear communication with occupants, admin, and leadership.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
