Job summary

A Place at Home Montclair is seeking an Outreach Community Advocate to drive referral partnerships, market services, and engage with clients within the Montclair community. This field-facing role focuses on building trust with referral sources and potential clients while promoting the company’s compassionate home care services.

You will develop marketing plans, collaborate with the sales team, and participate in coaching sessions to meet KPIs and improve performance in a dynamic community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, healthcare, or related field; or relevant work experience (4 - 8 years).
• Proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in the Home Care Industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of community resources and experience in community networking.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to convey our services' value to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
• Market our services to potential referral sources, ensuring a strong presence in the community.
• Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and conveying the benefits of our services.
• Act as the primary liaison between A Place at Home and the community.
• Represent A Place at Home at industry events, community gatherings, and other networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and implement marketing plans.
• Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to enhance skills and drive performance.
• Utilize KPIs and scorecards to monitor and improve performance.
