Job summary

Visiting Angels Fairfield is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Coordinator to supervise in-home care for seniors within our community. The CSC will assess daily needs with clients, develop care plans, and schedule caregivers, while ensuring high-quality service and timely issue resolution.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and experience working with seniors in home or facility settings; on-call evenings/weekends required on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Experience working with seniors in home or facility settings.
• Ability to multi-task and manage disruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and written communication skills.
• Ability to use discretion and make independent decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals from intake, email, or phone promptly.
• Match clients with suitable caregivers.
• Ensure cases are staffed appropriately and coverage arranged.
• Coordinate on-call evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Foster relationships with clients and family members.
• Provide timely, professional support to clients and caregivers.
