Visiting Angels in Marshfield, MA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to oversee client services and scheduling for in-home care. You will communicate with clients and families, develop care plans, and ensure service delivery meets company standards.

The role focuses on coordinating caregiver visits, updating records in care systems, and supporting intake and basic sales activities. Exceptional organization and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or associate degree in a health care or related field, with two years supervisory experience in homecare ideal.
• Clinical licenses such as LPN or CNA preferred but not required; prior home care/office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines; flexible and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong multitasking.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Schedule caregiver visits and develop plans of care with input from clients.
• Update client and caregiver records in care systems (ClearCare/WellSky).
• Process client leads and manage intake for new clients.
• Complete documentation, data entry, and follow-up calls.
• Assist with on-call coverage and coordinating care with the scheduler.
• Support sales activities by explaining services to families and assisting intake.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
