Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caring aides to support residents in daily living activities within our Assisted Living Program. You will assist with medications reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, helping residents maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties, communicate with staff, and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of residents' needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
