Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caring individuals to assist residents in our Assisted Living program with daily living activities, medication reminders, and companionship. You will follow scheduled care plans, support residents' independence, and maintain their dignity in a respectful, confidential environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with residents and staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on the state.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the resident care schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
