Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caregivers to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily activities, ensuring dignity and independence. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and provide emotional and social support in a team-based environment.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in senior care, English proficiency, and potentially a CNA/CHHA license depending on state. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency sufficient for duties and emergencies.
• May require CNA or CHHA license depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance as needed with medications reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
