Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks compassionate caregivers to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and quality of life. You will support medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services while following supervisor schedules and maintaining accurate daily logs.

Applicants should have at least one year in senior care, English proficiency, and possibly a CNA/CHHA license depending on state.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficient English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Compassionate, professional and team‑oriented with multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of residents' needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
• Maintain residents' confidentiality.
• Hourly pay range: $14-$17.00.
