Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking compassionate staff to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and quality of life. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, grooming, medication reminders, and escort services while maintaining resident confidentiality.

The role requires at least one year in senior care, English proficiency, and possibly a CNA/CHHA license depending on state; basic computer skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• English sufficient to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Able to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (premedication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort).
• Follow the supervisor-set schedule for residents.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect independence and dignity of residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
