Your Role in This Movement

As a Senior Care Advisor, you will be the face of Oasis in Metro Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs, building deep, trust-based relationships with seniors and their families at one of the most critical decision points in their lives. Your impact will be immeasurable, as you:

  1. Develop and own your market, establishing Oasis as the go-to trusted guide for senior living and care solutions.
  2. Forge powerful connections with hospitals, physicians, social workers, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations.
  3. Work directly with families to navigate the complexities of senior care, guiding them with compassion and expertise.
  4. Disrupt the status quo by delivering an experience that is ethical, relationship-driven, and rooted in genuine care.

Who You Are

We’re looking for passionate, driven, and deeply empathetic professionals who:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in senior care sales, senior living, or a related field.
  • Are master networkers who thrive on building authentic connections.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to serving others.
  • Are self-starters who take ownership, move fast, and make things happen.

What’s in It for You?

Compensation range = $70,000 - $150,000 on average for your first year
