Description & Requirements
Maximus is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing. The successful candidate must have Federal Finance / Federal Pricing experience and knowledge of the relevant corporate and government regulations and standards. This is a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver pricing aspects of proposal submissions in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Perform RFP analysis, including preparing clarifying questions related to pricing.
- Develop cost models and prepare cost estimates for all major contract types.
- Collaborate with technical and capture teams to determine, collect, and verify cost input requirements.
- Analyze RFPs to identify operational and financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Maintain competitive data and produce Price to Win (PTW) estimates.
- Finalize accounting treatment for revenue and costs, estimating free cash flow, operating income, and net present value.
- Validate pricing inputs received from various divisions.
- Compile consolidated pricing based on inputs.
- Lead Pricing Strategy discussions and present key pricing highlights to executive leadership.
- Assemble all inputs for Federal Price / Business Volume documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of federal finance and pricing principles.
- Proficiency in cost estimating and familiarity with federal procurement regulations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
