As a Senior Care Advisor serving Lincoln and nearby communities, you’ll represent Oasis with warmth and expertise. You’ll be the trusted resource for families navigating the senior living landscape, while also building relationships with local professionals across the care continuum.

• Develop and own your territory, making Oasis the top name in senior care navigation throughout Lincoln and beyond.
• Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
• Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Raise the bar in senior placement by delivering an experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care.
