Your Role in This Movement

As a Senior Care Advisor/Healthcare Liaison serving Madison, Dane County, and nearby communities, you’ll represent Oasis with warmth and expertise. You’ll be the trusted go-to resource for families navigating the senior living landscape, while also building deep relationships with local healthcare communities and professionals across the care continuum.

Your impact will be meaningful and visible as you:

• Develop and own your territory, making Oasis the top name in senior care navigation throughout Madison and beyond.
• Cultivate and grow strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
• Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Serve as the field representative for Oasis—hosting in-services, attending network events, and conducting 1:1 meetings.
• Raise the bar in senior placement by delivering an experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care.
