Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers and stakeholders through a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in cardiovascular preferred.
• Strong account management, selling competencies, and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong selling and promotional skills demonstrated by a performance history.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Creates demand for medicines by presenting balanced clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
• Maintains deep scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and executes comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses tools such as CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans, providing feedback to leadership for improvement.
• Conducts in-office presentations and external speaker programs with scheduling and logistics support.
