Projectus is growing its Cardiovascular practice in Austin, seeking a Senior Search Consultant who blends business development with expert search execution. You’ll leverage established client relationships and develop your own portfolio within cardiovascular MedTech across the US.

You’ll attend industry conferences, build a recognized market leadership, and drive exclusive retained assignments while advancing your career in a specialized, high-impact field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ recruitment or executive search experience
• Proven appetite for business development and winning new clients
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Desire to become a true specialist rather than a generalist
• Desire to significantly increase earnings and take ownership of your career

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with innovative cardiovascular medical device & software businesses across the US
• Building your own specialist market and becoming a recognized authority within it
• Attending Cardiovascular conferences, events and regular dialogue with C-Suite leaders
• Winning and delivering exclusive and retained search assignments
• Working with established Projectus accounts while developing your own client portfolio
• Recruiting specialist, management and leadership talent across cardiovascular MedTech
