Job summary

Projectus is seeking a commercially ambitious recruiter to own the HealthTech GTM recruitment division in Austin, TX. You will build and lead a full-desk search across venture-backed HealthTech SaaS businesses, partnering with founders, CEOs and senior commercial leaders to win assignments and deliver high-quality searches.

You'll report to the VP of HealthTech and have a fixed salary plus a market-leading commission plan (up to 60%).

Qualifications

• You have 4+ years’ recruitment or executive search experience.
• Experience recruiting within SaaS, technology, GTM, sales or a related specialist market would be preferred.
• Strong business development instincts and a genuine enjoyment of winning new business.
• The confidence to engage founders, CEOs, CROs and senior commercial leaders.
• An entrepreneurial mentality and desire to develop a specialist market.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across HealthTech GTM roles in a full-desk setup.
• Develop new client relationships, win assignments and deliver high-quality searches.
• Build and expand the HealthTech GTM practice in the US market as the division grows.
