About The Role

As a Cardiothoracic Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting‑edge surgical innovation, managing key accounts, supporting operating room procedures, and serving as the go‑to resource for Arthrex's cardiothoracic solutions — including sternal closure, advanced wound care, and biologics.

This is a hybrid role that combines strategic relationship‑building, clinical education, and hands‑on sales. You’ll act as both a trusted surgical consultant and an internal expert on the research, data, and technologies shaping this specialty.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for cardiothoracic solutions across assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Provide case coverage and in‑field support in both surgical and clinical settings.
• Coordinate and lead product training sessions for customers and internal agency teams.
• Stay up to date with clinical research and emerging technologies to educate stakeholders.
• Travel within the region, with occasional trips for company or Arthrex training events.
