Willingness to hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in Waukesha, WI.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated program strategy and execution roadmap with cross-functional coordination.
Drive execution from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization with milestones and KPIs.
Establish dashboards and governance to enable data-driven decisions.
Ensure QMS, PRD, design controls and regulatory compliance are met.
Lead global cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Translate customer workflows and clinical needs into executable hardware and system priorities.
Collaborate with Systems Engineering on requirements, risk management, and verification.
