GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Ultrasound Probes to lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Regions. You will translate portfolio priorities into disciplined execution, build governance, and drive HeartBeat operating rhythms across NPIs and cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, matrix collaboration, risk management, and clear executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline is required.
• Significant experience in program management, project management, operations, product development, or business execution in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional, multi-site programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across the Ultrasound Probes organization, including NPIs, portfolio priorities, operational initiatives, and strategic deployment activities.
• Translate business priorities into clear program plans with defined scope, milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and decision points.
• Develop program governance, dashboards, operating rhythms, and leadership review mechanisms.
• Provide concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership and stakeholders; create dashboards and risk summaries.
