Job summary

SMC Ltd. in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of complex programs across key accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams and project engineers, plan and execute from quotation through validation and RTM, and drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting while mentoring your team toward higher performance. This role requires strong financial insight and strategic communication to align schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, plastics preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs with direct customer ownership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, margins, and change control; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program interface for assigned customer accounts; drive strategic roadmaps and growth opportunities.
• Lead customer communications: reviews, updates, commercial discussions, and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements, internal capabilities, and contractual commitments.
• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects: scope, schedule, risk, quality, and change control.
• Mentor project engineers; plan resources and drive high-performance execution.
