Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Program Management to lead large, complex Systems and Informatics product development programs within Core Laboratory Solutions.

You will provide cross-functional leadership across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations to drive timely, compliant, and cost-effective product delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, integrated medical device product development programs.
• Proven ability to align program execution with business strategy in regulated environments.
• Experience leading global cross-functional R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex Systems and Informatics programs from initiation through commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations.
• Provide strategic program leadership balancing scope, schedule, quality, risk, and cost.
• Manage substantial program budgets while leading global cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers.
• Lead executive program governance with clear health, milestones, risks, and decisions to IBP governance and senior leadership.
• Ensure PDx phase gates are completed with consistent execution and continuous improvement.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks across the product lifecycle.
• Build partnerships across global organizations and influence without direct authority.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and disciplined execution.
