Suffolk University in Boston seeks a Systems Administrator for Card Services and Police/ Security operations. You will manage the campus card platform, CBORD Odyssey, and related applications, ensuring reliable operation and accurate data.

You will coordinate upgrades, interfaces, and vendor support, while delivering strong customer service across campus departments. The role requires technical support experience, knowledge of CBORD Odyssey or similar systems, and the ability to work after hours

• Experience with campus card services, access control, and related systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Experience with CBORD Odyssey or similar platforms preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and administer the campus card platform and applications.
• Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Provide support for access-control systems and related hardware.
• Produce financial and transactional reporting for RAM Card programs.
• Supervise student employees and manage staffing as needed.
• Offer after-hours on-call support for critical Card Services systems.
• Develop training and guidance for system end users.
